Little Train Shop accepts a wide range of payment options to suit everyone. If you have any more questions or need help processing a payment, please contact our team on (03) 6388 9244 or email support@littletrainshop.com.au

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and AMEX. We also accept Afterpay and PayPal. 

Bank Deposit / Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

We accept Bank Deposit and EFT. Simply choose Bank Deposit at the checkout and confirm your order. Bank Depost/EFT transactions must be completed and settled in our account within 5 business days of placing the order, otherwise Little Train Shop reserves the right to cancel the order and release products back to sale. Buy Now, Pay Later with Afterpay

We accept Afterpay online and in store. Simply choose Afterpay at the checkout and follow the prompts. In store, present your generated barcode from the Afterpay App. If you don't have Afterpay, registration is quick and simply. Please visit our Afterpay Page for more information

Layby Terms and Conditions

We accept Layby for both in store and online (please call for online Laybuy arrangements and setup). Our Layby Terms are as follows:

  • 10% Deposit is required to start a Layby
  • Layby terms are 12 weeks from the commencement date, and must be paid in full before the term expires
  • Regular payments are required, with at least 1 payment being made each 4 weeks from the last
  • You can cancel a Layby at any time, cancellation fees apply (see below)
  • If a Layby is not completed by the due date, Little Train Shop may cancel the Layby and release products back to sale. Amounts paid will be returned to the customer minus the cancellation fee (see below)
  • Layby's are not available on sale events
  • Layby cancellation fee is $15.00. We charge this fee to recoup administration costs, storage costs and processing fees on card payments

Anti-Fraud Protection / Credit Card Verification

Little Train Shop employs a variety of fraud prevention tools to protect customers, card holders, our business and financial institutions from the loss of money and product. From time-to-time, we may need to contact you to confirm additional details. Until this verification process has been completed and passed to our satisfaction, Little Train Shop will hold your order from packing and dispatch. If Little Train Shop has not been able to complete verification processes within 48 hours of order placement, we will cancel your order and return all products back to sale. Due to the nature of selling products online, we are highly susceptible to fraudulent transactions, and these processes are in place to protect all those involved. No discussion or comprimise will be entered into, and refusal may offend.
